For example, if you have an issue with a card I need to know the title and URL of the card. If your card was not delivered I will need the same information as above plus which form you used, the address it was sent to, and the date it was sent. Etc. Please refrain from using foul language, excess use of exclamation points or question marks, or using all caps when writing (that is considered to be shouting on the internet). I am a human being and deserved to be treated with respect. Your questions, comments and problems are very important to me and I always respond to any letters sent to me.
